What's the difference between the two offers?
The Written Diagnostic is an email-based analysis: you send your file, we send back a detailed report. The Strategic Consultation also includes a 1-hour video session to analyze your situation together in real time, with 2 weeks of follow-up. It's recommended for complex or emotionally difficult situations.
What should I provide in the questionnaire?
The context of how you met, the person's name or username, screenshots of your conversations, photos you received, and anything else you think is relevant. The more complete the file, the more precise the analysis.
Can the diagnostic cover a matchmaking agency?
Yes. We check the agency itself, its contracts, the profiles it shows you and the payment methods it asks for, at the same price as a profile review (€89 excl. VAT).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the analysis has not started. If we are unable to provide the service, you will also receive a full refund. Once the analysis work has been completed and delivered, no refund is possible. Strategic Consultation cancelled more than 24 hours before the session: full refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund, one rescheduling possible. The 14-day statutory withdrawal period applies as set out in our terms.
