Services Offered

The provider offers two expert services on online romance scams:

  1. Written Diagnostic — €89
    • Structured questionnaire to be filled by the client
    • Expert analysis of scam signals and profile verification
    • Personalised report with clear verdict and recommendations
    • 1 follow-up email exchange
    • Delivery within 48 business hours
  2. Strategic Consultation — €249
    • Includes the full Written Diagnostic
    • 1-hour video session with a specialist, scheduled within 72 hours of order
    • Live analysis of the situation
    • Written personalised action plan
    • 2 weeks of email follow-up after the session

Price and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe at the time of ordering. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Company registered in Hong Kong, outside the EU VAT scope. Where applicable, VAT on B2C sales to the EU is handled through the OSS/IOSS scheme.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where the client has expressly waived their right of withdrawal. By ordering a service and submitting the analysis questionnaire, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal and acknowledges that performance of the service begins immediately.

For any order not yet executed (questionnaire not submitted), the client has 14 days to withdraw and obtain a full refund.

Delivery Times

  • Written Diagnostic: report delivered within 48 business hours after receiving the completed questionnaire
  • Strategic Consultation: video session scheduled within 72 hours, followed by a written summary

Limitation of Liability

Analyses are provided for informational purposes only and are based on the information provided by the client as well as open-source intelligence (OSINT) research. The provider does not guarantee recovery of lost funds and does not replace law enforcement or professional legal advice. The client remains the sole decision-maker on the actions to be taken.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
