Services Offered

The provider offers two expert services on online romance scams:

1. Written Diagnostic: €89 excluding tax
   • Structured questionnaire to be filled by the client
   • Expert analysis of scam signals and profile verification
   • Personalised report with clear verdict and recommendations
   • 1 follow-up email exchange
   • Delivery within 48 business hours
2. Strategic Consultation: €249 excluding tax
   • Prior analysis of the case before the session, with the same checks as the Written Diagnostic
   • 1-hour video session with a specialist, scheduled within 72 hours of order
   • Live analysis of the situation
   • Personalised action plan, built during the session
   • 2 weeks of email follow-up after the session

Price and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros, excluding tax. Payment is made online by credit card, on a secure payment page, at the time of ordering. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

VAT due according to the client's country of residence is added to the price. Its amount and the total payable are shown on the payment page before the payment is confirmed.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where the client has expressly waived their right of withdrawal. By ordering a service and submitting the analysis questionnaire, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal and acknowledges that performance of the service begins immediately.

The client has 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by writing to contact@arnaques-rencontres.fr, and is then refunded in full within 14 days. If the client asked for the service to begin before the end of this period, they pay an amount proportional to the service provided up to their withdrawal (article L221-25); a fully performed service no longer gives a right of withdrawal (previous paragraph).

After this period, as long as the analysis has not started (questionnaire not submitted), the client can still cancel their order and receive a full refund. For the Strategic Consultation, cancelling the session also follows the rule in the "Cancelling a Consultation" section.

Delivery Times

• Written Diagnostic: report delivered within 48 business hours after receiving the completed questionnaire
• Strategic Consultation: video session scheduled within 72 hours

Cancelling a Consultation

The Strategic Consultation can be cancelled online, using the link in the confirmation email, up to 24 hours before the session starts. Less than 24 hours before, online cancellation is no longer available: the client writes to contact@arnaques-rencontres.fr.

• Cancelled more than 24 hours before the session: full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, one rescheduling possible.

These rules apply without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, where it applies.

Limitation of Liability

Analyses are provided for informational purposes only and are based on the information provided by the client as well as open-source intelligence (OSINT) research. The provider does not guarantee recovery of lost funds and does not replace law enforcement or professional legal advice. The client remains the sole decision-maker on the actions to be taken.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
